Enterprise Procurement Architecture plays a critical role in improving supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across multinational organizations. This study proposes an integrated procurement framework that combines Ivalua, SAP, and an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to unify Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within a centralized procurement ecosystem. The proposed architecture integrates supplier networks, workflow automation, artificial intelligence (AI)-based analytics, and enterprise data governance to eliminate duplicate supplier records, reduce procurement delays, and enhance strategic sourcing decisions. AI-driven predictive analytics further strengthen supplier risk assessment, demand forecasting, and procurement optimization while supporting regulatory compliance and enterprise reporting. Performance evaluation demonstrates a 42% reduction in procurement cycle time and US$15.2 million in operational cost savings within six months of implementation. The integrated procurement platform improves data quality, process transparency, and enterprise-wide collaboration, enabling organizations to achieve greater supply chain resilience and sustainable procurement performance. The findings indicate that the proposed Enterprise Procurement Architecture provides a scalable and intelligent foundation for digital procurement transformation, AI-enabled decision support, and long-term supply chain optimization.
