Healthcare E-Commerce platforms require secure, scalable, and compliant digital infrastructure to support telehealth services, online pharmacy operations, and healthcare transactions while protecting sensitive patient information. This study proposes a Healthcare E-Commerce Architecture that integrates Zero-Trust Security, Kubernetes orchestration, Immutable Governance, artificial intelligence (AI)-based autoscaling, and cloud-native technologies to improve security, scalability, and operational efficiency. The proposed framework strengthens access control through continuous identity verification, secures electronic health information using immutable audit trails, and supports HIPAA and GDPR compliance through automated governance and monitoring. Kubernetes-based container orchestration enables high availability, intelligent resource allocation, and cost-efficient infrastructure management for large-scale healthcare workloads. The architecture also incorporates federated learning to enable privacy-preserving analytics for disease forecasting while minimizing exposure of sensitive patient data. Performance evaluation indicates improvements in application latency, system throughput, infrastructure utilization, and regulatory compliance compared with conventional healthcare e-commerce platforms. The proposed framework provides a secure and scalable foundation for next-generation digital healthcare services, supporting telemedicine, online pharmacy platforms, and AI-driven healthcare applications while enabling long-term operational resilience and sustainable cloud deployment
