Orphanages and care homes require continuous support in the form of financial contributions, food, clothing, educational materials and other essential resources. Coordinating these resources while maintaining organizational records, admission requests and expenditure information can be challenging when activities are managed separately. This paper presents OrphaMind, a web-based platform developed to connect donors and users with orphanages and care organizations through a centralized system. The application is developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It provides role-based access for Normal Users, Organization Administrators and a Super Administrator. The major functionalities include user registration and authentication, organization browsing and verification, monetary and item donations, admission requests, resident management, expense recording, receipt handling, notifications and transparency information. The system is designed to organize donation-related activities and support the administrative operations of participating organizations. This paper describes the system architecture, implemented modules, development methodology and functional testing approach. The final evaluation will be based on verified test outcomes from the completed application. Artificial intelligence (AI) functionality is planned as a future enhancement and has not been implemented in the current version. The project aims to provide a centralized digital platform for improving the organization and accessibility of charitable support.
