Abstract

A solar photovoltaic (PV) water pumping system with bidirectional power flow control is created in this research. A BLDC motor equipped with phase current sensors is the motor drive that propels the pump. When running at maximum speed, the water pump might run around the clock and in any weather, thanks to this device's ability to provide electricity to a three-phase utility grid when not in use for pumping water. The most out of your photovoltaic array and your motor pump, and you can rest assured that your pumping system will work when you need it to. A three-phase VSC regulates the bidirectional flow of power from the grid to a cascaded H-bridge multilevel VSI's DC bus, which supplies a brushless DC motor (BLDC). The VSC uses a discrete pulse width modulation (PWM) generating technology. By maintaining its fundamental frequency, the VSI may reduce its switching loss to a minimum. Maximum Power point correction (MPPT), reduction of grid total harmonic distortion (THD), and adjustment of power factor.
