The rapid adoption of telemedicine, digital pharmacies, remote healthcare services, and online medical commerce has created a strong demand for healthcare platforms that can simultaneously provide security, scalability, availability, and regulatory accountability. Conventional healthcare e-commerce architectures frequently depend on perimeter-based security, manually maintained audit mechanisms, and infrastructure that is difficult to scale during sudden increases in transaction volume. This paper presents a cloud-native healthcare e-commerce architecture that integrates Zero-Trust security, Kubernetes orchestration, immutable governance, artificial intelligence-based workload prediction, and privacy-preserving analytics into a unified operational framework. The proposed architecture continuously validates user and service identities, applies role-aware access controls, protects sensitive healthcare information through encryption, and maintains tamper-resistant audit records for improved governance. Kubernetes-based microservices provide elastic resource allocation and service isolation, while predictive analytics can anticipate demand surges and support proactive infrastructure scaling. An immutable governance layer strengthens auditability by combining structured event logging, anomaly detection, and persistent compliance evidence. The framework also considers federated learning as a mechanism for performing distributed healthcare analytics without requiring unnecessary centralization of sensitive patient information. The architecture is examined against representative healthcare e-commerce scenarios involving telehealth, digital pharmacy services, medical-product procurement, and high-volume transaction processing. The analysis indicates that combining security, governance, and scalability at the architectural level can reduce operational fragmentation and improve resilience during peak workloads. The proposed framework therefore provides a practical foundation for secure, auditable, and scalable healthcare e-commerce environments capable of supporting emerging cloud-native and AI-enabled healthcare services.
